About Evan Sallee
Evan Sallee graduated from Northwestern University School of Law in 2012. He is co-founder and CEO of Fair State Brewing Cooperative, Minnesota’s first cooperatively-owned brewery. In addition to his legal knowledge, Evan has in-depth, practical knowledge of how to successfully create a craft brewery from the ground up. Evan can take this broad background in law and business to help you successfully bring your vision from grain to glass. He can provide knowledgeable counsel to breweries in a variety of areas, including: navigating state & federal regulations and permitting; raising money from investors; equipment financing; bank loans; negotiating leases; and applying for trademarks. He is also available to provide more broad business consultation and provide you with the services you need to achieve your goals.
