About Elliot Ginsburg
Elliot Ginsburg has been practicing law since 2010. While representing franchisees and distributors in litigation, Elliot’s practice required him to help clients manage a variety of business matters. Interested in broadening his practice to include his love of craft beer, craft spirits, and related industries, he started learning about beer distribution laws and working with two breweries in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Happily discovering his love of beer and the law could be complementary, Hop Law was launched in 2013. Along with his colleagues, Elliot wants to work with businesses to find creative solutions to complex business problems, provide clients with guidance and assistance in starting and operating their businesses successfully, and most importantly, help bring great products to a growing (and thirsty) market. Wherever you are in the process of brewing and distributing, Elliot wants to join you for a pint and a conversation about how he can help.
